How quickly can we start?+
Most clients are onboarded within 5–7 business days of booking a strategy call. Launch-ready systems are delivered in 30 days.
Do you replace my existing team or VA?+
No — I work alongside your team as the systems and operations lead. I make your existing people more effective, not redundant.
What time zone do you work in?+
I serve clients across USA and Philippines time zones, with overlap windows scheduled around your team's working hours.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
The setup is a one-time 30-day project. The monthly retainer is month-to-month after that — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
What if I don't have all my tools or systems set up yet?+
That's exactly what the setup phase handles — I audit, recommend, and build the full stack (CRM, scheduling, AI workflows, website) from scratch if needed.
How do we communicate?+
Slack or email for async, Zoom for weekly syncs, and a shared Notion or ClickUp workspace so you always see what's in motion.
Do you offer a guarantee?+
Yes — if you're not satisfied with the first 30 days, the monthly retainer's first month is on me.
